Solvent Based Pigmented Concrete Sealer

Acrylic-Silicone based pigmented sealer
Penetrates deeply into any cementious    surface.
Seals out foreign substances
Surface must be clean and dry before    application
Apply by brush, roller or airless sprayer
Dry to the touch in approx. 1 to 2 hours,    Recoat = 4 hrs., Foot traffic = 12 hrs.
   Vehicle traffic = 72 to 96 hrs.
Low temperatures (below 60ºF) or high    humidity can prolong drying times
Apply on bare, stamped concrete, spray    deck,kool deck, texture deck, brick pavers    or any other concrete surface previously    stained with a solvent based stain

Skid Guard can be added to sealer to reduce    slipping
Approx. coverage: 175 - 225 sq. ft. per    gallon, per coat
