GUARD 17 is a mineral spirits siloxan
--water repellent designed
to render water
--repellency to new and
old masonry.
It provides a long
lasting, breathable barrier which
--exhibits
excellent resistance to warter airbone
--dust, dirt,
acid rain, salt, efflorescence, freeze/thaw
--damage and
spalling.
It's a clear, non-film
forming finish, which upon
--evaporation
and curing leaves no trace of its
--presence.
Does not add to or
enhace the color of concrete,
--mansory or architectural
precast stone. or curb.
Depending
upon porosity , it penetates at least ¼
--through the surface and
chemically bonds to the
--organic components of the concrete
and masonry,
--portland,free lime and soduim
silicate.
No re-coating
is required after its initial application. |
