URO System

CLEANING & SEALING is essential to protect and beautify your decorative concrete surfaces. When you seal your surface, this greatly reduces mold and mildew. This sealer does not allow moisture to fester in the pores of the concrete. Removes mold and mildew. This sealer is available in over 30 colors plus clear. Updates and beautifies your surface.

PROCEDURE - Clean your surface thoroughly. Pressure cleaning is recommended. Wet down your surface with water. Then apply 1 part chlorine to 4 parts water to your surface either with a water can or, if available, a chlorine injector which attaches to the pressure cleaning machine.

Allow the chlorine to soak for approximately 10 to 15 minutes . Then, pressure wash the area with clean water. Make sure you thoroughly rinse the area.
Allow your surface to dry completely. Twenty four (24) to fourty eight (48) hours is recommended for previously sealed surfaces. For porous surfaces such a brick pavers or epoxy chattahoochee, recommended drying time is forty eight (48) hours.

APPLICATION
Bare Concrete - Kool Deck - Spray Deck - Stamped Concrete - Texture Deck
Using a 3/8" or 1/2" roller cover. Apply 2 coats of Advanced Pigmented Sealer or Clear Sealer. Solvent or Water base.

Brick Pavers
Using a 1/2" roller cover or a stainless steel pump sprayer. Apply 2 coats of clear Advanced Paver Sealer (click), or as needed. Pigmented sealer can also be applied.
Drying Time: 12 hours between coats.

Concrete Chattahoochee
Use 1/2" roller cover . Apply 1 or 2 coats of clear Advanced " Chatty GL" Sealer, or as needed.
Drying Time: 12 hours between coats.

Epoxy Chattahoochee (River Rock)
Use 1/2" roller cover. Apply 1 or 2 coats of Advanced "Rock Glaze" Sealer, or as needed.

Mexican Tile
Use 3/8" or 1/2" roller cover. Apply 1 or 2 coats of Advanced "Mexican Tile" Clear Sealer, or as needed.
Drying Time: 12 hours between coats.

URO System
Use 3/8" or 1/2" roller cover. Apply 1 or 2 coats of Advanced "Clear Sealer" or "URO Sealer", or as needed.

High Solids Clear Sealers are available for a high glaze finish.

NOTE: Apply sealer evenly.
Do not apply heavily. This may cause bubbling of the product.
Pigmented sealer is available in Solvent Base or Water Base.
Most Advanced Clear or Pigmented sealers are available in 1 Gal. or 5 Gal. containers. Pigmented sealers are available in over 30 colors. Not all colors are available in water base.

COVERAGE

Solvent Base	150 to 200 sq. ft. per gal. per coat.
Water Base	200 to 250 sq. ft per gal. per coat.

DRYING TIME

Solvent Base	12 hours between coats
Water Base	4 hours between coats

Driveways Areas - After application is complete, do not drive on this surface for 48 to 72 hours.
